I had my haircut done here yesterday evening. Nataliah is my go to stylist. She is always friendly and very thorough. The establishment is well kept with a sporty atmosphere that lives up to its name.

Have been there 3 times for hair cuts. Peronal are great. No need to tell them how I wait it cut they have it on their system. Each time its cut right. Great service.

My son and I have been to this location on several occasions with different stylist each time. We have always received a warm welcome & great service from all stylists. They pay great attention to detail all while holding a conversation and making you feel comfortable. I will continue recommending this place to others.

Service is 100% poor. I waited an hr. The stylist skiped me, took off the time, leaving me to wait longer. All staff look like they are just here for a pay check, no customer service skills at all. No apology for skipping me.

I’ve been bringing my brothers here for quite some time now, overall they’ve both have had decent stylist and haircuts. Recently, we’ve bumped into Anya, and have had the BEST experience and service since with her. She is so understanding and shows great compassion for her clients and her work. She will definitely be our go to from here on out!

I will fully admit that I might be biased. But for people who have a problem with certain stylists for their children try Teri Bohls. She has been doing my granddaughter's hair since she was a baby and worked at Haircuts Etc on McCombs. She also worked at Smart Style in the WalMart #500 on Trans Mountain until several months ago. She also does an excellent job on military haircuts. Even though she works at Sport Clips now I still go to her when I need my hair cut. She also still does my granddaughter's hair who is now 16.

I took my 3 year to get a haircut here. I never have a problem which is why I went back. But, today my experience was the worse. Anya was cut my sons hair. (and neck, sideburns, and forehead). After the cut she asked me if it was fine, and I asked her if she could fade the sides in more as they were choppy. She then rolled her eyes and started fading. After the cut, she finally turned him around to show me the finished result. I noticed my son had another cut on the side of his neck with blood. Then, i saw another, and another, and another. They were everywhere. I was upset and told her to just stop and not to touch him anymore. She had the audacity to blame my son saying he was moving too much. Which is untrue, because i was standing there the whole time. As she was walking me to pay, I asked to speak to the manager. She then stated I did not have to pay. I am writing this to make you aware and not have anyone else get cut by the clippers. I am not happy, and I will not recommend her to anyone.

I was seen by a Miss Beatriz. I went in a Saturday and had virtually no wait time. Beatriz was extremely happy to adjust to anything I requested for my hair. She was knowledgeable and made my visit fun and relaxing. I will continue coming back for this reason.
