"There's a young blonde girl named Andrea who is very rude. While I was waiting for my husband to get his haircut done she would make fun of her clients as they left the shop. The lady in front with the long black hair has zero manners. When we walked in we didn't get a hi or anything. We just stood there waiting for them to get his name down. Little did we know we had to sign in with the ipad. We will not be coming back due to them not knowing how to cut men's hair and not having any customer service."

"Went there one time and had the worst haircut of my life and waited over an hour for it! I have to wait till it grows out to fix it now. When the stylist showed me the haircut when she was done, it was with product and looked ok. Now that I have washed the product out, it's all uneven and not what I wanted at all. Never again!"

"Came in, checked in and saw I had a 30 min wait. Came back 25 mins later and the clock now said 17 min wait for me. Came back 15 mins later and the clock said 24 min wait. Fix yourself and your system Sports Clips."
